I’m writing to thank you for The Miracle you performed for me. In short, I have been working out and attempting to stay fit all my life. I thought that I had seen it all. For the sake of brevity, I am 61 years old and had noticed a gradual but measurable decline in strength and flexibility. Well Alison, since I have added massage therapy to my health strategy, I have gotten it all back and then some. Before massage therapy my incline machine bench press was 170 pounds. Immediately after massage therapy I was able to handle over 230 pounds. Due to back injuries, my machine leg press was 320 pounds. After massage therapy it increased to 450 pounds easily with no strain. Since starting my massage therapy sessions with you I feel and function as though I am 25 years old again.
